Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a plumber
- Residential and Commercial Service work
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Backflow inspections
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, (e.g. sinks) etc.
- Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air conditioning units, radiators,
etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice profession
- Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship
- Valid Drivers License
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in tight space.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for leading installation projects, overseeing a team of installers, and ensuring the successful completion of HVAC system installations for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- NEW Dispatcher
Seeking a reliable Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch service requests, communicate with customers and team members, and ensure accurate and timely transmission of information. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to multi-task and take appropriate action with little supervision.Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Create POs, Service Activities, and Work Orders
- Schedule and communicate with customers
- Coordinate tools and materials for jobs
- Check in with technicians and supervisors
- Other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- HVAC or Plumbing industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with computer programs and software
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and desire to advance
- Punctual and reliable
- Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30 schedule
